The O.G. Social-Media Lab — Robert Verdi launched Luxe Laboratory in 2006, the first experiential showroom and event venue that brought together luxury leaders in home design, fashion and specialty services. The space featured companies that produce the most stylish and desirable luxury items in the world.
Robert was inspired to create the space by the fact that luxury brands are in high demand and can become lost among their competitors. “I wanted to provide a platform for leaders in the lifestyle industry around the world to access information from luxury brand leaders that are great innovators and maintain design integrity,” says Verdi.
This unique showroom and event space allowed luxury brand leaders to co-exist in an experiential environment where guests saw products in context. The space was developed to serve the needs of editors, influencers and celebrities who desire the most stylish items in the world from international brands and manufacturers. From artists to home design brands and jewelers to publishers, the Luxe Laboratory brought a rare opportunity for luxury brands to cross-pollinate and create synergy in unexpected ways.
